Do you support email/password?
OAuth is the default. Use Google or GitHub. Email fallback is dev-only.
Do I need the desktop app?
No. Use web anywhere. Desktop is for faster return.
What is managed AI?
Managed AI means Nare runs the model work for the workspace. Use your own AI for free, or pay for team-managed execution when you want Nare-hosted summaries, digests, and agent work.
What model do you run?
Managed AI is priced against Gemini 3.1 Flash-Lite Preview as the baseline model tier.
What happens when our credits run out?
Managed runs stop before overage. The workspace stays readable, and you can buy extra credits to resume.
Can we buy more credits?
Yes. Managed workspaces can buy extra 2,500-credit packs on top of the monthly team subscription.
Can we keep using our own AI instead?
Yes. Bring Your Own AI remains the free path and does not require the managed subscription.
Is billing per user or per team?
Managed billing is priced per member, but usage is pooled across the workspace. Heavy usage from one member counts against the shared team balance.
